Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of trevor-cars.com (the "Site") and your purchase of the digital book Make Your Car Worth More: The No-Nonsense Car Care Manual for Lasting Shine, Easier Cleaning, and Stronger Resale by Trevor Ashby (the "Product"). By using the Site or buying the Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean the seller named above. "Trevor Ashby" is the author and pen name under which the Product is published.

2. The Product

• The Product is a digital book in PDF format (approximately 178 pages). No physical item is shipped.
• The price is USD 24.00, a single one-time payment. Where the law requires it, VAT or sales tax for your country (for example VAT for buyers in the EU and UK) is added on top and shown in the checkout before you pay. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees if your card is not in USD.
• Delivery is immediate: after successful payment you are redirected to a download page, and a download link is sent to the email address you provide at checkout.

3. Ordering and payment

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Whop, Inc. ("Whop"), which may act on our behalf in collecting payment. Your card or wallet details are entered into Whop's secure checkout and are never received or stored by us. Your statement may show a descriptor beginning with "WHOP*". By paying, you also accept Whop's own buyer terms as presented at checkout.

A contract is formed when your payment is confirmed. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, a pricing error, or technical failure, in which case any payment will be refunded in full.

4. Immediate delivery of digital content and your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, that statutory right ends once delivery begins, provided you have agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of that right. By completing your purchase, you request immediate access to the Product and acknowledge this.

Regardless of this, we voluntarily offer a 30-day money-back guarantee as described in our Refund Policy. It does not limit any rights you have under the law of your country.

5. Licence to use

When you buy the Product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, read and print it for your own non-commercial use. You may keep copies on your own devices. You may not resell, share publicly, upload to file-sharing sites, redistribute, or claim authorship of the Product or any part of it. All content, text, diagrams, images and the "Make Your Car Worth More" name are protected by copyright and remain the property of their owners.

6. Safety and no professional advice

The Product and Site provide general educational information based on the author's experience. They are not a substitute for a professional detailer, bodyshop or upholstery specialist, or for the instructions of your vehicle manufacturer and of any product you use. Cleaning chemicals, solvents, pressure washers, wheel cleaners and work on a vehicle can cause injury, staining or damage to surfaces. Always read product labels, use suitable protective equipment, and test products in an inconspicuous area first. You are solely responsible for deciding whether to carry out any cleaning or care task and for how you carry it out. The Product does not promise any particular sale price, trade-in value or resale result.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any damage to vehicles, property or persons arising from the use of or reliance on the Product. Our total liability related to any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability towards consumers under mandatory consumer-protection rules.

8. Complaints

If the file is damaged, won't open, or doesn't match its description, email contact@trevor-cars.com with your order email and a short description. We respond to complaints within 14 days. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
